Dutly Associates tore down an older existing house and built a new spec house in it's place, and we were in-the-know about their process the whole time. They handled everything so well- adjusting plans with the arctitect, ordering supplies/appliance far in advance, and getting through inspections quickly. Most importantly, I trust the construction quality 100%. When we have had emergencies or questions after moving in, they are super responsive and helpful, even if the issue isn't their fault.
